The hotel was immaculately clean and had elegant rooms with very comfy beds. the location was absolutely perfect, close to the center of Porto. the room also had a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, a TV set, and offered beautiful views over the garden. the customer care was great, with on-site parking available and a fast check-in process was also a plus.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They spoke excellent English and gave us a helpful map and recommendations for exploring the area. the charming staircase leading to the rooms added a touch of elegance to the hotel. the breakfast may need to be preordered, but there is a fantastic pastry and coffee shop just a short walk away. After a long day of sightseeing, we were treated to delicious tea served on lovely trays with lace-edged linen.
